We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use TrialSim for educational, training, and professional development purposes.

If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscription terms, renewal, and cancellation will be displayed at checkout. Refunds are provided only as required by law.
TrialSim is an educational simulation tool. It does not provide legal advice, nor does it guarantee performance in real court proceedings. Use of TrialSim is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimGym, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TrialSim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TrialSim after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
