Welcome to TrialSim. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TrialSim platform (“Service”), operated by TrialSim, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using TrialSim, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use TrialSim for educational, training, and professional development purposes.

2. User Responsibilities

  • Use TrialSim only for lawful purposes.
  • Not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
  • Not use TrialSim to harass, discriminate, or otherwise harm others.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscription terms, renewal, and cancellation will be displayed at checkout. Refunds are provided only as required by law.

5. Disclaimers

TrialSim is an educational simulation tool. It does not provide legal advice, nor does it guarantee performance in real court proceedings. Use of TrialSim is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimGym, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TrialSim.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, unless otherwise required by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TrialSim after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
